PaintBox SoHo ships free once an order reaches $75.00, and below that the rate is a flat $9.99 whatever the box weighs.

PaintBox SoHo posts web orders and does not reserve them for pickup, so buying in person means the counter at 105 Thompson St, New York, NY 10012, United States, open Mon–Sat: 11:00–20:00 | Sunday: 12:00–18:00.

Checkout at PaintBox SoHo accepts cards plus Afterpay, Klarna and WeChat Pay, all handled on the provider’s own PCI DSS compliant form.

Unused goods go back to PaintBox SoHo within 30 days of delivery, in the packaging they arrived in; our error means our postage. Read the Refund and Returns Policy page for how PaintBox SoHo handles it.

Once the return reaches PaintBox SoHo, the refund goes out within 5-7 business days to the card or account that paid.

Cancel before PaintBox SoHo picks the order, which is roughly a twelve-hour window on a working day, because once it is packed it becomes a return instead.
