How long will my order take?
Allow 1–2 business days for PaintBox SoHo to pick and pack and 3–7 business days with the carrier, the tracking number following by email once the label is scanned.
How much is shipping?
PaintBox SoHo ships free once an order reaches $75.00, and below that the rate is a flat $9.99 whatever the box weighs.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment — PaintBox SoHo delivers inside the United States only.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
PaintBox SoHo posts web orders and does not reserve them for pickup, so buying in person means the counter at 105 Thompson St, New York, NY 10012, United States, open Mon–Sat: 11:00–20:00 | Sunday: 12:00–18:00.
What can I pay with?
Checkout at PaintBox SoHo accepts cards plus Afterpay, Klarna and WeChat Pay, all handled on the provider’s own PCI DSS compliant form.
Can I return something?
Unused goods go back to PaintBox SoHo within 30 days of delivery, in the packaging they arrived in; our error means our postage. Read the Refund and Returns Policy page for how PaintBox SoHo handles it.
